Human Resources Generalist

Position Summary:
Human Resources Generalist position responsible for administration of companies Human Resource programs including immigration processing, employee benefits, staffing, training, policy interpretation, employee communications, and employee relations.

This position involves all basic HR generalist functions for a field office location including but not limited to close partnership with employees, management, third party vendors and corporate HR. This position also serves as an internal service provider to the HR organization to achieve overall corporate objectives.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements

?Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent.
?Minimum of 2-5 years of Human Resources, preferably in a high tech environment.
?Candidate must have immigration and HR database experience and should have benefits administration experience. Staffing experience a plus.
?Microsoft Office computer skills a strong plus.
?Good analytical and problem solving skills
?Acute attention to detail
?Excellent time management skills
?PHR/SPHR certification preferred
